Working with April and her team to get our house in pending in 6 days, was effortless on our side. They took care of EVERYTHING! From staging recommendations, to not having to lift a finger with open houses, showings to the amount of follow up and detail, we never worried once that our home sale wouldn’t go through as imagined. During the process, we had a personal circumstance that threw a curve ball and when we communicated that the team, they went into overdrive. Not just professionally, but personally, going outside the scope of being a “realtor” and they became part of our support network during a challenging time. I couldn’t recommend this group any more. Detailed, thoughtful, professional, thorough and caring. If that is what you are looking for, and I strongly suggest you do, hire this team!

We've seen April Florczyk and 208 Market signs around our Warm Springs Mesa neighborhood for years. When it came time to sell our home after 24 years a trusted neighbor recommended April. We did and had an excellent experience. April and her team provided full, personal and personalized service, start to finish. Her guidance on updates (colors, links to recommended fixtures, vendors, craftsmen, etc) made our home shine and stand out. (April did not pressure us to make any updates - and she would have been happy to sell our home as-is - but she said, hey, here are some ideas, do some or all of them and the house would sell for more. We easily recouped our investment.) She hit all the marketing channels; the photos and materials were gorgeous. After our house was listed on a Friday with an Open House the next day, we sorted thru multiple offers (two full price plus) on Sunday, just as she predicted at our introductory meeting. She had followed up with each realtor who had either submitted an offer on behalf of their client or had expressed interest. She answered any questions and explained that interest was very high, the competition keen and time was of the essence. Most realtors would have called it a day with one full price offer in-hand. Most impressive! And it paid off for us, literally. April, personally, and her excellent team were also with us all the way to closing. Thanks April & Team! Highly recommend!

Delaney and team were very attentive and put a lot of time in to make sure we found our new home. Even on her wedding weekend, she was helping us make offers. The 208 team was excellent and made sure we could continue our home search during our agent’s wedding. Delaney and Kristin were great to work with.

April Florczyk was my realtor when I bought my home and again when I sold. She and her team did excellent work both times and were able to sort through any issues that arose. She encouraged me to me to make upgrades necessary to gain a better price. Brittany Williams did great work to keep the process moving along & maintain constant communication.

Hands down Megan Enright, and the 208 Market team, provided the best experience possible for buying my first home in Boise. Megan is the perfect combination of friendly, informative, straightforward, and action oriented.
