I called 212 HVAC and got an appointment for the very next day for HVAC maintenance. Andrey arrived on time (actually a bit early, which I really appreciated). He did an excellent job: efficient, tidy, and very friendly. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend 212 HVAC.

I recently called 212HVAC to deal with a malfunctioning floor-heating system. They gave me a next day appointment and sent Mykola, who was able to diagnose the problem quickly - a broken thermostat. From there, they made a follow up appointment for 2 days later to come replace my thermostat and get the new one up and running. Overall they were very professional both on the phone and in person, and they walked me through every step of the process so I could understand what was going on. Very competitive pricing as well compared to other similar services. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

We’ve been using 212 hvac for years, and they consistently fix our issues, are reachable and available in a pinch, punctual and responsive. They do great work and are good at explaining the issue/problem. Mykola was especially helpful today - Thanksgiving week, no less - in fixing a broken furnace issue.

Had the 212 HVAC team come out twice to help me repair a higher end Mitsubishi heating/cooling unit — was glad to pay more for a 4.9 star business. Not sure they are equipped to handle special cases like this because it’s been more than a month of waiting for an update for repair since I’ve put in a deposit for them to order the part. I’ll update this review once there are next steps, but leaving a low review at the moment because I constantly have to remind myself to follow up with them. They’re not proactive with updates it’s a bit stressful to manage an extra thing — can’t imagine a 4.9 star business running like this. —————————————————————— Update: the 212 HVAC team were great in-person. The repair took less than 15 minutes and unit works seamlessly now. Before it would heat up the room in 20 mins, now it does the same in about 2-3 minutes. Not only did the guys fix the unit in question, they also offered to clean out the other units in the apartment for free. Wonderful service on the repair and visit overall.

I had two units installed a bit over one year ago by a different company and one of the units developed a refrigerant leak. We called for service and Andrei C. came out to assist. He found that the leak was caused by poor installation and insulation by the original company and came back to repair it. The quality of work (fit and finish) of the new pipes and insulation was honestly done so much better than when it was originally installed. I would also like to mention even though we had an appointment for a later date and time, they called and came for the fix a few days sooner due to an available opening and saved us from a few extra days of heat and misery. Their workmanship is of good quality for sure. Their professionalism is also good, no doubt. Their pricing (4 stars) is a bit on the high side for me but at the end of the day, I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks Andrei (AC) and team. Highly recommend.
