Great 24 Hour Fitness location on Dairy Ashford. I usually get through my workout pretty quickly because the machines are well organized and always available. The gym stays clean, and I really love that the sauna always smells like lemongrass, it makes a big difference after a workout. Also, shoutout to Bern for always being helpful and welcoming. Overall, a solid gym with a good vibe.
This place is great. They have every machine you could need, six squat racks in total, two smith machines, dumbbells ranging from 5 pounds to 100 pounds, every cable attachment, around 5 full cable sets, and 5 whole rows of cardio equipment. Not only that, but all the equipment is kept clean and functional by their amazing employees, who I've never had any issues with. Lastly, its base price is slightly lower than other gyms kike planet fitness or LA fitness, especially if you get one of the seasonal deals. Overall a great gym, no complaints from me.
the dirtiest gym I've ever been to, I don't know what happened to them? I was there before the pandemic and it was very clean, organized, and well maintained, but now it's horrible! I was in another one from other companies, but they closed the one closest to my house, and I came back 24 hrs, It was a mistake, because they immediately closed that one too, (westheimer location) but the worst thing is that they don't have a cleaning staff. It's unfair that the only person at the front desk has to do everything! It's impossible! The equipment is full of mold and many have sweat marks from a long time, it smells really bad, and the locker rooms and showers are always flooded, the trash cans are always full, the paper dispensers are always empty, and the hot room is also too dirty, they never clean it, and it smells disgusting. Also, I signed up because they offered classes and suddenly there are none! I waited a few months to post this bad review because I thought it was temporary, but it wasn't! And I really think I'll change because we deserve a clean place that smells good when we exercise. I don't usually do this, but I hope they take it into account.
So I’m finally fed up with this gym and to they’re still trying to charge me to get out of my contract!!!! Every time I come to this gym on Dairy Ashford there’s always homeless people inside. Whether it be taking a shower or using the equipment. This is a major safety hazard and I don’t feel safe coming to this gym. I will never return here!!! Be safe everyone! I called the gym and notified the employee and he told me he’s seen a lot of crazy things at this location. That says a lot!
I only like the workout machines and air conditioning at this 24hr Fitness Dairy Ashford location. The men's lockers were falling apart. The bathroom area was deteriorated and extremely stinky. The wet area was half functioning every time I visit. The operating hours were extremely weird. Friday to Sunday are not 24 hours.
