I had an amazing experience at this 24 Hour Fitness thanks to Steven and Kang, who helped us with our membership. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how genuine and helpful they were. You can tell they truly care about members and want you to feel comfortable and confident with your decision. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free because of them. Huge thank you to Steven and Kang for making this such a positive experience. If you’re thinking about joining, I highly recommend asking for them—they made all the difference!
Wow; in the worst way possible. I’ve been coming to Crane Ct. for idk maybe 8 years and it has never been worse. Outside of half of the cardio equipment not functioning, has to be more than half of all the machines, for years now, YEARS, same with the weight machines…I came here to finally leave a review of the women’s restrooms. I told the staff, including the evening manager about a month ago, that something needs to be done when only 2 of the 10 stalls in the women’s restrooms are available. And by available, there’s a seat and paper … albeit disgustingly dirty. I’m here again today all to find the bathroom in even worse condition. That 2nd stall has the whole seat missing and the other is full of dirty paper, overflowing on the seat… how anyone could use the restroom without fear for their hygiene or health, is beyond me. Y’all get paid to do a job, right?! For the love of God, do it! This bathroom has been horrendous for years now, Ive seen cockroaches, sinks filled with black water, and now not 1 clean stall (out of 10) to use when working out here. Do better before yall lose more business. (Those 2 first stalls w/out out of order signs have been locked with no sign for the whole year)
I used to enjoy coming to this location because of how well it was maintained but lately this has really gone downhill. Most of the The treadmills machine have been out of service, the bathroom are the worst - they have been lack of use care and it’s infested with ants . We as members pay to have the facilities well maintained at all times. I would really love to see this place enhanced their services.
This place SUCKS!!! The entire gym is filthy. And only about 1/4 of the equipment works. The woman’s restroom is always disgusting and not even usable. And the one clean stall doesn’t even have a toilet seat. There’s many staff members but I’ve never personally see anyone clean this place. Once I seen someone walk around with a broom but walking past trash isn’t helping. Invest in a vacuum and a mop. I regret switching gyms. And I’m planning on canceling my membership. All the 24hrs in the area look like this or worse! Not worth the money. I’d rather pay $15 and go to planet where it’s all purple lol but at least they have standards and clean.
I probably should have given a 1 star rating but I am adding one star for what this gym used to be (very good - 5 star) and what it potential still has for improvement. Having using this gym for about 15 years, now is the worst I have even seen in the 24 Hour Fitness family. All equipment are old and over half are not working properly. The men's locker room was trashy and many locker doors are broken. The bathrooms as dirty and all toilet supplies are missing with significant vandalism. I know the showers were renovated a couple years ago. But it must have been done on the cheap because there is a lot of deterioration. There were no working soap dispensers. The sauna and wet room was also renovated a couple years ago but today I would not have known this fact because everything is in rough condition now. Who knows if I will be back. Maybe to just check things out... It is too depressing to stay for a workout.
