A friend and I came in today for a free gym trial and was welcomed by Mariah, she was nice at first but was very rude to my friend and flagged her gym membership that she doesn't even have. The gym itself is cramped and rundown. The employee (Mariah) is rude wouldn't recommend this place - try Eastridge Mall 24h instead they're way more fun + it's not that deep 👍
Really hate leaving negative reviews about businesses but I hope this can reach managements attention. This gym actually has a cool vibe and members seem chill and Im also somebody who doesnt need much to get a great workout cause I’ve been doing this for years. But a lot of very important pieces of equipment in here are broken and have been out of order for over a month. Doesn’t seem like anything is going to get fixed. Also, I haven’t seen a more decimated cardio section in my life. There’s about 20 treadmills and only 4 maybe 5 work. By the looks of it, they’re probably going out of business/getting bought out any day now and not even bothering getting things fixed. Only reason I’ll stay is because I live right down the street. But if you’re looking to begin your fitness journey or just moving to the area and looking for a new gym, I’d take a hard pass on this one.
This 24 Hour Fitness Should Be Very Shame Of There Self, This Place Is Very Dirty And Disgusting, It’s Very Unsanitized, Every Employee That’s Working Here At This 24 Hours Fitness At This Point Should Be All Fire For Keeping This Place So Dirty, Who Ever The Manager Is At This Location Should Be Fire Too, As A Member And Other Members We Pay A Lot To Come Use This Gym, It Should Not Be Dirty And Disgusting, This Place Is Also Very Old Inside, Go See It Yourself If You Dont Believe My Review
The WIFI has been out in the gym for more than a week. No one seems to know what the situation is or when it will be fixed. I don't blame the sweet guys at the front. The fact that way too many machines are broken for long periods of time, I am used to. The fact that the gym itself is generally filthy, I am used to.The WIFI is so basic, I don't get it. I am beginning to look for another gym and will cancel once I find a place that has the basics covered. It can't be that hard.
This location is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Over the past few months I have been bringing the safety issues of their damaged equipment to the attention of the staff and NOTHING has changed. Pay attention to the cable machines and attachments! The straps and cables have expiration dates and they are waaay past due. To add to it all. The condition of some cables are terrible with frays and broken strands. The carabiners are broken or installed incorrectly or both! The handles and grips are worn to shreds, and all this only adds to the eventuality of them breaking during use and possibly injuring the person using them! The staff needs a real maintenance person that understands what "working load" ratings are for lifting hardware. Who ever is "repairing" them clearly is taking short-cuts and doesn't have any clue about the functionality of the equipment they work on. This is evidence that a complete disregard for customer safety is hapening here and it is OUTRAGEOUS for the premium price they charge for a supersport membership! These photos were all taken just from a 5 minute walk-through of this gym. I'm sure there are more broken equipment I missed or were being used while I walked by. This place used to be worth the cost years ago, but that era has clearly ended. Maybe consider other options before coming here and getting hurt when a cable finaly snaps, or a machine breaks while you're on it.
