Brandon, the store manager, did an amazing job providing advice and guidance throughout my BMW repairs. His communication skills were excellent—clear, transparent, and professional at every step of the process. I always knew what was going on and felt confident in the recommendations being made. The updates were timely and honest, which made the entire experience stress-free. You truly get what you pay for at 247 Auto Group. Highly recommend!
From the first call to getting the car fixed, the customer service provided was very good. Was able to get a quotation from the manager within a quick time frame. The pricing that was offered to fix the issue was very reasonable too. They are very honest in regards to what is actually wrong with the car, and give you the breakdown too. Had to leave the car overnight, and they offered an Uber ride which was complimentary and very appreciated. Would recommend to friends and family.
First time visiting to this place today. The level of professionalism that they welcomed me and provided insight information about my car was great and exceptional. Brandon, Said & Zhen was the person who assisted and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this place. Keep doing your thing guys!!
Kensington Automotive is my go-to auto mechanic. I switched to them because, as a woman car owner, I wanted good service without having to worry about being ripped off or condescended to. Over the years, I have valued their accurate, well-documented diagnostics; their outstanding repairs and their competitive pricing. I have also stayed with Kensington Auto because of their exceptional customer service. With Jonathan, and now with Brandon, I have a consistent contact person to answer my questions. They go the extra mile to ensure that my car and I receive the best possible service. Both literally, like coming to help me when my car shut down nearby but was underground and couldn’t get towed or with kind gestures like sending an Uber for me when I need to pick up my car. I have personally known the owners for about 3 years now I’ve serviced all my cars here! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Genuine and professional service, respectful and thorough! Changed my perspective on the automotive industry due to past experience with other shops not being at the standard these guys are at! Customer for life!
