***THIS IS FOR MY PEOPLE WHO: ARE PETRIFIED OF MASSIVE COCKROACHES; OR NEED SOMEONE TO COME TO THE RESCUE QUICKLY, AFFORDABLY, AND WHO WILL DO AN EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH JOB, ALL WHILE BEING KIND, CALMING, AND RESPECTFUL**** Can I just say.... WOW. The gratitude I feel for what 24 Hour Pest Control did for me is beyond words, but I will try to summarize. I rarely (if ever) leave reviews, but I want to let others who find themselves in my position know: this is the ONLY service that will save you in an emergency and do an excellent job of it. I was a MESS. My precious pup was in the dog intensive care unit after having seizures. I came home, sobbing, and then I see something move and look at my kitchen and what do I see? A MASSIVE WATER BUG/ROACH whatever you want to call it... but it was more like a crab than a bug. it was MASSIVE. I could HEAR IT WALKING (click. click. click). THEN..... another one.. and 30 minutes later? 2 MORE. On my KITCHEN COUNTER and running to my bathroom. I am typically very clean and so I could not understand why I was under siege. I sprinted out of my apartment. I was so devastated and disgusted. On top of this, my dog may have been released from the hospital, but it needed to be a very quiet, clean, calm, and hazard free place for her. This was Monday - Tuesday. My lovely landlords said I could wait for the building's scheduled exterminator who comes FRIDAYS. It was now pushing 3pm and I got a call that my dog could indeed come home - any time. I called a few places that advertised 24/7 service. They all declined to come into the city or said they couldn't until the next afternoon. I then called 24 Hour Pest Control NYC. Frank Fieri, the owner, who handles all the calls and is so kind yet extremely efficient and effective, got me covered. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said "I can get someone out there between 4:30-6:30PM." I was crying with relief. Frank was so kind too. Sure enough, at 5pm, the most effective, knowledgeable, THOROUGH, METHODICAL, calm and kind professional - Dale - arrived and got to work. When I say got to work, I mean he pulled out all my appliances, injected this gel, cleaned up all roach droppings and bodies, sprayed, laid traps. He then went to every room to do this - including every single closet. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE - he checked to ensure there were no roaches currently in my apartment!!!! He methodically pulled out all my furniture, sifted through my dirty clothes (always respectful and asking permission) and bags and boxes and whatever else was on the ground, and did this all by hand. By the time he left, I felt so safe and confident that no roach escaped Dale and would not be visiting my apartment any time soon. And they haven't!!! This is a week later. PLEASE believe me when I tell you - I have run the gamut on exterminators in this city, and there is NO BUSINESS that comes anywhere near this one. I could keep going, but I will save you my gushing. Do not waste your time trying others - they either will not show up in a timely manner or will do a much lesser job and for more money. THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to Frank, Dale and the whole 24 Hour Pest Control NYC team!!!!

First I'd like to say a 5 star isn't high enough for this company. I located them by chance after a bad first experience with another company. From the moment I spoke with Frank he was professional, non-judgemental and genuinely concerned in fixing my problem. He even followed up to see how things were going. My only regret was not locating them earlier.

After discovering a pest issue in my apartment, Frank was extremely responsive and sent help within a few hours despite it being Labor Day weekend. Jermell did an amazing job at treating the issue and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what steps he was taking and that I felt comfortable in my apartment. Due to Jermell's meticulous work I saw improvements right away and the issue was completely mitigated. I cannot recommend this company enough! The entire team is kind and really cares about their customers.
