I absolutely love this little lifting gym. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely approachable — they make every session feel safe, supported, and tailored. The community here is something special too; it’s welcoming, encouraging, and full of good vibes. A small but mighty community, who cheer each other on and don’t take themselves too seriously. It’s been such an important part of keeping my wellbeing on track this year, and I’m so grateful I found 3PT
Started training with Matt in 2022 to help with some body composition changes and confidence in the gym. I’ve seen some really positive physical changes and love making progress in my programs. Matt tracks everything in a shared spreadsheet which is great for reference but also for my type A brain. The community and support of all the trainers and other members is what really keeps me going here though. Haven’t found another gym like it and I don’t wanna! Thanks Matt & Will for creating such a great space to train 🙏🏽
I started training with 3PT after being a member at other local Port Melbourne gyms where I never felt comfortable. The friendly atmosphere at 3PT had me feeling at home right away. The variety of equipment, knowledgeable coaches who share incredible and motivating information both on the gym floor and through additional content, make 3PT exceptional. I can't recommend them enough.
From the very first day I walked through the doors, I felt like part of a fitness family. The trainers not only pushed me beyond my limits but also took the time to understand my individual needs and crafted a workout plan that has yielded incredible results. The atmosphere is invigorating, the equipment top-notch, and the camaraderie among fellow members is truly motivating. I've finally found a gym that not only helps me achieve my fitness goals but also makes me look forward to each workout session. Port Melbourne's best kept secret but perhaps not for long. I joined 3PT around August of 2022 and spent about 4 months training twice a week, it was the best thing I did for myself. If you're like me and you usually don't like going to the gym because they are populated by intimidating flame grilled beef patties, you lack motivation and/or you're just not a gym person, I found comfort and motivation at 3PT. I trained with Kyrin who I highly recommend as a trainer, friendly person and kept me motivated throughout. Some of the equipment at this place is unique, I haven't seen it anywhere before. The place has an inviting and family feeling, even has a cute dog running around at times. The people there seem to be quite passionate and wanting to share knowledge with technique and diet, as opposed to just a simple weight spotter. Would highly recommend!
