We hired Booth 360 MKE for our wedding on October 19th, based on their reputation for providing exceptional service and high-quality video experiences. Unfortunately, what we encountered on our wedding day was a profound disappointment that fell far below both their advertised standards and our expectations. The video quality was shockingly poor—misaligned camera angles cut off guests’ heads, and the overall framing was off-center. The two individuals operating the booth lacked both professionalism and enthusiasm, diminishing the celebratory atmosphere we worked hard to create. Instead of cherished keepsakes, we were left with videos that are virtually unusable. Communication Issues Our frustrations with Booth 360 MKE began even before the wedding. General communication with the company was sluggish and inefficient. When we were tasked with selecting the overlay design for the videos, we had several questions. However, responses were delayed far beyond what is reasonable for a service tied to a time-sensitive event like a wedding. After the wedding, the communication issues only worsened. It took a month in a half to address the concerns. The lack of promptness and transparency throughout this entire process only deepened our dissatisfaction and eroded our trust. Unvetted Personnel In a conversation with Kaylah from Booth 360, we learned that the two individuals operating the booth at our wedding were not employees of Booth 360 MKE. This revelation is not only disappointing but also deeply concerning for several reasons: Lack of Accountability & Training: The lack of trained, direct employees likely contributed to the poor service, as they were not held to Booth 360’s standards or properly prepared for the event. Legal & Insurance Risks: Employing outside, unaffiliated personnel raises serious questions about liability and insurance coverage. Had any incidents occurred—whether equipment malfunctions or guest injuries—it’s unclear if proper coverage would have been in place. Security Concerns: Weddings are personal and significant events, and we trusted Booth 360 to send vetted, professional staff. The presence of unverified personnel compromised both the event’s security and our trust in the company. Inadequate Compensation While we eventually received a $50 gift card as a gesture of goodwill, this fell drastically short of addressing the loss of value and disappointment we endured. The videos were intended to capture irreplaceable moments, yet we regret booking this service entirely due to the poor quality and communication breakdown. While we appreciate the attempt to make things right, it was too little, too late. Final Thoughts The disparity between Booth 360 MKE’s polished social media presence and the reality of our experience is staggering. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and this company’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to provide trained staff left us with an irreplaceable loss. We sincerely hope Booth 360 takes this feedback seriously to prevent future clients from enduring similar heartbreak. At this time, we cannot recommend their services for any meaningful event where professionalism, reliability, and communication are essential.
