Thought I had inadvertently deleted or misplaced an important client folder, but HELP was just a simple phone call away. 4BIS (Christian) was Responsive to my call, he easily accessed my machine and Quick resolution. BAM! my problem was solved.

4BIS recently performed a needed upgrade of our phone system. This required a 3 hour downtime period. Considering we are a 24 hour, 7 days a week facility this is not always easy to coordinate. The folks from 4BIS were accommodating, helpful, and let us know just what to expect and, as usual, they delivered on those expectations.
