Traffic School Course (Adults): The instructions were pretty easy to follow to register. Even still I called ahead to ask all the questions needed to make sure it was legit and worked. The customer service rep was gracious. I downloaded the booklet and reviewed on my own first, then went through the guided version of the course. The catch...if there is one: Apart from the initial payment, if you want a copy of the certificate or to know if they truly sent it to the DMV or a copy of your records, they charge an additional fee so it adds up to more than the $5 if you want other services. Otherwise it worked great for me and they indeed sent the certificate of completion.

Very quick and easy took me only an hour or less of my time to complete. Questions are open-book and you can you can go back to see questions you got wrong once you click far enough which is nice. Although I wish getting to the wrong answers was a little easier like the software menu ui's is just not completely user friendly especially if it's somebody older . Other than that very useful and easy if you are trying to get out of a ticket.

Great experience. (I mean, it's still traffic school and a time suck...) Very easy to navigate and tests are open book. Lots of choices for them to submit and track your test/certificate transmission for just $5 a piece.
