We used 54 St James Street for a corporate event recently and had an excellent experience. The building is light and airy with well equipped meeting spaces and the bonus of roof terraces with views of the city. The catering options worked really well for our lunchtime networking needs including taking care of a few specific dietary requirements. The venue team were also extremely helpful and flexible throughout which really helped avoid any stress around our event. Above all this venue is incredibly good value – better rates than many other options in the city, with the added benefit of knowing the money is going to a good cause. We would definitely use 54 St James Street again!
I recently attended a conference at 54 St James Street. The staff were polite, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the event. A special thanks to Cortney, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attentive and friendly approach really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this venue for conferences and other events.
As tenants who have physically been in 54 St James Street (and a virtual tenant for the first 3 years of our existence prior to physically being here), here at First Steps we would strongly recommend 54 St James Street as a great office space to base your business in. Very comfortable working space for SMEs, and located in the Baltic Triangle, close to China Town and on the edge of the city centre, so a great space. What's more when we physically move into an office, Bailey, who was then a puppy, was allowed to come in with us, and was the first @54 dog! He is now 7 and comes in with me most days. In short, we would highly recommend @54 for SME office space and conferencing needs!
The staff truly maker my experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I am greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Moreover, the team’s friendliness create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It is evident that the staff enjoy working together, which translated into a cohesive and pleasant experience for all. Overall, the staff at 54 St James Street are a true asset to the establishment. With their professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor.
Extremely friendly staff and a beautiful bright building. We have a virtual tenancy there so sadly I only get to see the staff and building a few times a year. But it looks a fantastic space and place to work. If I was ever looking for a city office space it would be first on my list. Highly recommended for both their friendly outlook and professionalism.
