We had Gino come out for an electrical inspection and provide an initial quote. Once he heard that we wanted to proceed more slowly and narrow the scope of work, he agreed to send us an updated quote. Unfortunately, he never followed through. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, his phone line is always busy. Calling the customer service number is no better—the automated system leads nowhere and makes it impossible to get real support. This kind of negligence not only leaves customers in a potential safety hazard but is also highly unprofessional. If you need reliable assistance, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
