I had my pants taken in by Joanie and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She did it so quickly and the fit is absolutely perfect. Her work is neat, professional, and clearly done with care. Highly recommend Joanie if you need any alterations done!
worst customer service ever! so rude! overpriced too! i arrived at the address- she said i am closing now… i akded can j come in.. she said whre are you… omg at the end i walked in and was quote $100 for cutting two toddler dresses… unbelievable! i paid $50 for the dresses…. already quote $20 for alterations service, with another guy closed for christmas period. however this lady must charge $100 for creating 2 new dresses with material included!!! what quality woek you are talking about!
My first time bringing my pants for an alteration and Joanie has done an absolutely amazing work! I was able to collect my pants the same day I dropped it off, quick and neat work is all I can say. Can't thank Joanie enough, I would highly recommend her and I'll definitely come back if I require further alteration.
Joanie is incredible! I was desperately looking for somewhere to hem some pants for a new job. She asked when I needed them by and had them ready for me! Her service was excellent, easy to find her place and I will definitely be going back again. Thank you Joanie!
Joanie is an efficient, accommodating and talented seamstress! She made the process of hemming the sleeves, body of our wedding suit jacket and pants easy and stress-free. The quality of her alterations is also outstanding. She is also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much for all your help, Joanie! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to alter their wedding suit!
