I've worked with Rob Norris at 80Twenty Talent Agency. We connected over LinkedIn on several roles that fit my profile. In my previous experience, recruiters have reminded me of real estate agents - they make the initial introduction, expect the candidate to do all of the legwork, and offer little to no follow-up, while getting a commission check. However, to my surprise, Rob was incredibly proactive with the process. Soon after my interviews, I would already have a message from him asking how the conversations went, or with feedback and next steps.
