The Goodwyn is a great place to reside. It's a safe and secure building. 901 Real Estate has been helpful since I moved in. Any problems were taken care of quickly and professionally.
I had a great experience working with Hayden Davis at 901 real estate services. He showed me the properties that I wanted to see and explained all the ins and outs of them including rent and fees. I would highly suggest working with them!
I rented from 901 Real Estate Services for a year and experienced ongoing maintenance issues that were never properly addressed. Several windows leaked repeatedly, which led to water damage on the walls and blinds. Towels placed around the windows would become soaked within minutes, and the humidity level in the unit stayed high enough that I had to purchase a dehumidifier to keep it under control. Despite multiple reports, 901 Real Estate Services could not effectively work with the HOA and the leaks were not fixed during my tenancy. Prospective renters and owners may want to keep this in mind before doing any business with 901 Real Estate Services.
Best PM company in Memphis! We have been owners for years and hands down this is the best PM agreement I’ve ever read and entered into a contract. They (entire staff) are always pleasant and helpful to speak with about any issue or concern while taking very good care of the property. Addresses all maintenance issues expeditiously. Helps the renters while protecting the owner with provided eviction protection 💥
I really enjoyed my time living in Madison 19. I had good neighbors that were respectful. Anytime a maintenance issue arose, the service team at 901 was extremely responsive. From the beginning of my stay I was assisted Lisa Griffis. She was very helpful and informative every step of the way. She would always make herself available to to answer any questions that I have. I recommend 901 real estate for anyone who's looking for quality rental property along with quality support. - Derrick
