An absolute gentleman and professional of the trade. My mobile food unit was a 1.5-year venture. I humbugged Andrew with loads of questions, advice and recommendations throughout that period and he never once turned me away and said he couldn't help. All that knowledge I gain from Andrew has pointed my business in the right direction for success in terms of set up, equipment, workflow of the kitchen, potential events to attend and general knowledge of how to run, operate and maintenance of the Food truck. Hablé con Andrew hace casi dos años con el sueño de crear un camión de comida filipina y sin su trabajo y dedicación no hubiéramos conseguido el camión de nuestros sueños. Todo el proceso fue una experiencia muy fluida y estamos muy agradecidos de haber puesto nuestra confianza en A & B food truck outfitters. Nos mantuvieron al tanto de cada etapa de nuestra construcción y, durante la entrega, Andrew dedicó su tiempo para mostrarnos realmente los entresijos de nuestra nueva cocina móvil. Thanks Andrew from A & B Food Truck Outfitters, you have been terrific from day 1. There were other options closer to home in Sydney but we're so glad to have gone with you. Every step of the way you have been helpful from custom building the display cabinet, to recommending the graphics designer and insurance broker to go with, even the late night calls of reassurance was appreciated! Also a shout out to David Sutherland from Adtrans trucks who looked after us and made sure everything was in perfect order before we took the Iveco home. Appreciate all the effort guys!!
