Dr Arlayn, came into my life as I was mourning the loss of my marriage. Separation and Divorce was such a rough road to navigate and it comes with so many emotions. To have someone like Arlayn, to talk to once a week to hear me out and help me process all my feelings is without a doubt a true blessing.
