A Dogs Ruff is the only company I would ever consider for my dogs. Your dog becomes part of their family, no one else does that. Andrea and Niall are the bread and butter of dog walkers so if you’re looking for dog care the goes above and beyond look no further! I highly recommend them!!
My Luna is extremely energetic, when I walk her, I usually come home tired and she’s still ready to go! Since joining the Ruff Pack, she comes home pooped, happy, and ready for cuddles, which is such a relief to see. She’s also made friends with the other dogs, and it’s clear Andrea and Niall really take the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs. They notice the little things, whether she’s anxious, excited, or just wants some extra attention and respond with so much care. Knowing she’s in such capable, loving hands gives me real peace of mind, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
I was so nervous to leave my dogs with a Boarder because they’d never been left before but I am so grateful to have found Andrea and A Dog’s Ruff. She was so helpful and communicative beforehand and worked around my schedule to pick them up. She kept me updated throughout the week with pictures and stories, which I loved. And I could see that my boys were having the time of their lives. Andrea even clipped my dog’s nails- which he doesn’t let anyone do! I would recommend A Dog’s Ruff to anyone needing somewhere reliable, reasonably priced and loving for their pup! I will definitely use them again.
We’ve been customers of A Dog’s Ruff for over 6 years, and at this point we cannot imagine life for us, or our dog Alysha, without them. I say we are customers, but from the first day we met they’ve treated us like family. They truly care about each and every dog they take care of, and their passion for what they do is evident in everything they do. Alysha goes with her pack on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, and she has such a close bond either Niall that she knows when he’s about to come get (you can see her waiting for him at the door in a few photos I’ve attached). I could go on and on about how amazing they, are but I think I’ll cap this off by saying this: they’re simply the best. Thanks Niall, Andrea and Kat!!!
A Dog's Ruff gets 10/10 in my books. They are by far the most caring group of people I have ever left my dog with. Whether for adventure walks or boarding, they have welcomed my dog into their home with wide arms. Having them welcome him into their home as if he were their own dog really gave me peace of mind any time I traveled. I never worried about him, and knew he was safe & sound in their care. Having a reactive dog can be difficult, but Andrea and her team had no issues managing (what I find to be) difficult/aggressive behaviour. They take the dogs out on long adventures, and the dogs are always happy and healthy at the end of the day.
