Edit since my original post - After expressing my concerns I received a call from Austin, the owner. The call was genuine, empathetic, took accountability, and sought to make my concerns right. After a discussion we settled on a good middle ground across all of my concerns to meet my needs and ensure my home is well taken care of. I would do business with them again. All of the items I listed in my original post were inconvenient but overall the most important work ended solid which is why I waited so long to post my review. To me, a manager and business owner who is seeking the best outcome for their customers is the best type of person to do business with.
I started this journey with Fricker in May of 2025. I have State Farm and the claims people made it difficult. Jeremy with Fricker was on them from start to finish. I finally have my roof by middle of October. I would highly recommend this company. Jeremy even gave us some information regarding my siding. Awesome job!!!
I spoke with a couple of different roofers, we chose A. Flicker bc of the team interaction. James went above and beyond to help us make the right choices for our home. He brought samples by my work. I love or roof, I love that I don't worry about it any more. Thank you to all the team that helped make our home beautiful and the pride that went into your work. Also, I love my solar fan!!
I have nothing but positive feedback for this wonderful company. They were knowledgeable, ethical, reasonable, expeditious, prompt, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up every scrap of mess created during the process, and left me with a beautiful New Roof and Gutters. Joe made sure I was kept up-to-date on every step of the process and responded to every question I had an a timely manner. Best experience I have ever had with a contractor!
Our whole experience with A.Fricker Roofing was great! They were knowledgeable and patient through the process of getting our roof replaced. Jermey Kensell was there to answer any questions that we had. The crew was here early and got right to work. Protected all plants, etc. got the roof off in no time. They got everything cleaned up, made sure nails were picked up in the yard. The new roof looks great and we went with the solar vents. Excited to see how they help with the heat in the attic. Thanks again for all the hard work and time you spent with us!
