Had a pretty severe interior situation on the passenger side, and I wasn’t sure it could be entirely fixed. They took care of it in a few hours, and it looks brand new with no lingering odors! Also great customer service, highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Sarah and A List Detailing enough. I had a nightmare situation where a sunroof drain leak caused water to get into my car, which led to mold growth and an unbearable stench. My dealer discovered the issue and fixed the drain, but I knew I needed a true specialist for mold remediation, as this isn’t something just any shop can handle. To make matters worse, my MAPFRE insurance turned the whole process into a months-long hassle, but Sarah was by my side every step of the way. She advocated for me, went back and forth with the insurance company, and made sure my car got exactly what it needed to be fully remediated. This was a ~$7–8k job, and I trusted her completely thanks to her expertise and past experience with cases like mine. Throughout the entire ordeal, she was communicative, prompt, and always kept me in the loop. Even after I picked up my car, I noticed a slight lingering odor. Sarah immediately had me bring it back in, did an additional ozone treatment, and completely resolved it. She is extremely knowledgeable, works with an amazing team of detailers and mechanics, and truly cares about her clients. I’ll absolutely be returning to her for all of my detailing needs. HIGHLY recommend!
From the lady in the office Sarah was brilliant had to cancel first appointment but she said just let me know when you have a new date. Got the new appointment and was very easy to do and she kept me updated on my appointment as well. Dropped off car which I have to say was a bit messy inside from all sport related activities. To my surprise on picking the car up on how they just made the car look so brand new from the car detail. If anyone out there needs there car brought back to life and clean like new then please call them you will be so happy you did. I just know I will go back in the future that’s for sure and it’s so worth the money as well.

Every inch of it was spotless inside and out—it honestly feels like I just drove it off the lot again. From the very beginning, the whole process was seamless and professional. Scheduling was easy and convenient, and I loved that they came right to my home to do the service. While I was working inside, they were outside putting in the hard work and making my truck shine. The team that showed up was extremely professional, respectful, and detail-oriented—you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. The Platinum package is worth every single penny.
