I placed an order from out of town. The owner was so accommodating. I wanted a different container and substitute a flower color and he did it! It is so beautiful! I placed a small wedding floral order with A Perfect Bloom because I liked the variety that they offered. Initial consultation and set up went well and the representative of the store was very helpful. However, on my wedding day I was disappointed by the flowers because, although they were beautiful, they did not match the color palette outlined in the proposal. When I called to express that, I was not met with any possible resolutions. Yes, they were well designed and lovely, as the associate mentioned-but they were not correct. I advise working with them more closely if you are intending to have a very a specific color palette.
