We hired APT for our 3/7/26 wedding and Jared was our DJ. Leading up to the wedding, he was very easy to get in contact with and made sure all of my questions were answered. On the day of the wedding, the whole day ran seamless. From the ceremony to the reception, everything was so perfect. The dance floor was packed the whole night and everyone had such a great time!!

We had an amazing experience working with APT for our wedding day. Jared was so easy to work during the booking and planning process, and we were lucky enough to have him as our wedding DJ too. Jared delivered exactly what we had discussed in our planning meeting, including playing many songs that were important to us and our guests. He kept the dance floor going all night and played a perfect mix of all of our requests with songs that he selected based on the vibe of our guests. At the end of the night, after our "last dance," nobody got off the dance floor...so Jared played one more song for us, and it was one of my favorite memories of the night. We are so thankful we used APT and would recommend them to anyone!

We hired a Personal Touch for our company christmas party this year and they were a hit! We had coordinated with Jared prior to the event which was very smooth. Sam was our DJ for the night who kept the party going and was very easy to work with. We are so glad to have found a personal touch to help celebrate another amazing year for our company. Coordinated our event with Jared, which was seamless and easy. We had Lil Joe as our DJ. The call prior to the event really calmed our nerves about our different music tastes, and turned out that we had nothing to worry about. He did amazing with the music during the cocktail hour/dinner and kept everyone on the dance floor the rest of the night!! Would highly recommend APT!

We recently worked with A Personal Touch DJs for our wedding. Leading up to our wedding Jared was very responsive and ready to answer any questions which was great. A few weeks before our wedding we had a call with our DJ, Jeff, and he confirmed everything we had uploaded to the portal. This put us at ease and we expected everything to go great, but that was not the case. At the start of our reception we had our dances with our parents. We had chosen a slow, soft version of Sweet Child O’ Mine, which DJ Jeff had confirmed with us during our call. Instead, the original Guns and Roses rock version was played. At least it made some funny pictures because of our reactions but it definitely ruined a potentially sweet moment with our parents. Additionally, our reception was supposed to end at 11pm and the DJ was aware of this. Anyone who has planned a wedding knows that every vendor has a contract and they all need to be on the same page with what is happening and the times of events. Toward the end of the night, some of our guests talked with the DJ (without our knowledge) and asked him to stay later than our planned time. Without talking with me or my husband at all, he agreed and had our guests Venmo him the additional charge. First, the contract we signed says that the purchase of services covers any time between 3pm-12am. They asked the DJ to stay until 12am instead of 11pm so it’s interesting that he charged them. Second, obviously the guests that talked to the DJ didn’t book him, my husband and I did, so I would think he would talk with us first to confirm that that is what we would like and it doesn’t interfere with the other contracts at work. This caused a lot of stress at the end of our night and could have easily been avoided. Overall our experience was positive to begin with but turned slightly negative by the end of the night.

DJ Jared did our wedding on 10/11/2025, and our dance floor was PACKED all night! Jared had a super cool & fun vibe, and he was communicative, professional, & accommodating throughout the whole process. This company knows what they’re doing & made it so easy every step of the way. It’s so important to have a great DJ for the vibe of your reception, and I can say that DJ Jared definitely delivered. We would highly recommend A Personal Touch & DJ Jared!
