Best First Aid class! Clear and concise and the best instructor!! I have taken other bls/cpr classes and this by far has been the smoothest with the nicest instructor! Other CPR classes have had me wait for 2 weeks for the e card and had rude instructors!! Ziva is so kind and caring, plus I got the e card within an hour! Thank you Ziva!!!!
I highly recommend Ziva for CPR courses. Her ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner is impressive. Having taken courses from other instructors, I can confidently say that Ziva's teaching style is among the best. Her course is well worth the time investment. I felt confident in my ability to apply the knowledge after completing her CPR course.

Ziva was so nice and incredibly helpful! I had accidentally mixed up the date of my class and she called me asking if I was still coming. I ran over there as fast as I could. I was very late, and so incredibly appreciative of her flexibility. She took care of me no problem, and provided great feedback during the training. My BLS card was ready within 24 hours, and she answered my text messages very promptly when I had questions about my card/information for the class. I would highly recommend location to anyone looking to get their PALS/BLS/ACLS. Thank you Ziva!
Ziva fue la persona más amable y hizo que toda la experiencia fuera fácil y agradable. Ya había completado mi entrenamiento de RCP en línea y solo hice la sesión de habilidades con ella. Ella fue muy flexible con la programación. Llegué un poco temprano y ella estaba lista para empezar de inmediato. Durante la sesión de habilidades, amablemente me dio consejos y retroalimentación. La sesión fue muy directa y bastante rápida, pero aumentó mi confianza en mi capacidad para realizar RCP si surge la necesidad.
