Brandon installed a new garbage disposal for us. He was on time and ready to work. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. We now have 2 more jobs that he will be doing for us in the next couple of weeks. We are really pleased with A Plus - the office staff are great, too!
Brandon came out to do a fix on my shower valve, and did an excellent job. He was professional, arrived on time, provided excellent workmanship, even wore covers over his shoes when he came in the house. The prices are very reasonable compared to others, and I feel like it’s the best value of any plumber in town hands-down.
***Edit *** I may have jumped the gun with the negative review, but i was stressed and overwhelmed and it was nighttime when nobody from their company could could get back to me , even tho google said they were 24 hours so I felt abandoned and worried. i wrote the initial review in response to the generic automated text sent to me asking for a review. I was overwhelmed, angry and fearful that the water incident might be out of our scope to handle or afford and could lead to mold which ive been trying hard to avoid due to health issues. So I was very scared and emotional when I wrote it. However, the owner contacted me in morning and was very professional and apologetic and is working with us to make things right, so as long as they are willing to help us, they deserve the chance to make it right. So I gave back some stars for professionalism and apology. It was a human error after all. So. Im happy to report they are working with us at least, so that's a positive. It is an unfortunate inconvenience to us to have to deal with it, hence the lower review, but their professionalism after the incident was decent so I amended the review..***** Apparently they disconnected our washing machine from the drain line and put a cloth in its place. And didn't remove it. And didn't tell us it was there before they left.....so , my partner started a load of laundry shortly after 9 that evening and guess what, we suddenly heard a loud alarm. Cuz we have water leak detection behind our washer and behind the fridge ..both were going off. We jumped out of bed anf saw our entire laundry room and kitchen covered with water and it must have traveled under the walls into our madter bedroom closet and even living room! We are very disappointed. The negligence has caused a severe water incident that we do not have the time or money to fix ourselves!
Brandon from A Plus was very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He quoted me exactly what I needed to replace my water heater. His install of my water heater was efficient and professional. Also, Jordyn from the office was very friendly and prompt at returning phone calls and communicating. I would highly recommend A Plus Plumbing!
I highly recommend A+ Plumbing because 1. The owner (Steve) took time to help Me understand what to expect for my project. 2. The technician (Brandon) was - Punctual, polite, and patient - Brandon replaced my old kitchen sink/faucet and new pipes in about 2 hours. He was very focused on his work and meticulous down to the caulking. 3. The integrity of the owner and his technicians are why I trust this company and their rates are reasonable fair and Honest.
