We had soundstart do a joint birthday party for our 1 and 8 year olds. I was 100% sure the babies in the group would have a blast, but I admit I was worried about the bigger kids. I have never been happier to be wrong. The big kids had a great time too and I was incredibly impressed.

My daughter has been going to Ms. Claudia's class for the past year, ever since she was six months old. She has been such a wonderful, kind, and skilled teacher and helped my daughter grow a great love of music. My daughter is immediately so happy whenever she hears music, even when she is cranky or in an unfamiliar place. She now plays her instruments independently at home while dancing and singing her own songs. Ms. Claudia has been such a great teacher of so many subjects, even beyond music and instruments. The class teaches gestures through songs, fine motor skills with instruments and props, gross motor skills through dance and movement, language through lyrics, and socialization while playing and sharing with other babies and toddlers. My daughter has been picking up a new skill after every class. Ms. Claudia is great at adapting her classes for different ages and personalities to make it engaging and fun for all the little ones, from babies to older toddlers and from shy to spirited personalities. I am so pleased with Ms. Claudia's class and would highly recommend it!

Miss Claudia provided the entertainment for my daughter’s second birthday party in Summit this past weekend! She was very responsive and easy to plan with. Most importantly she kept 16 kids ranging in age from 1-6 thoroughly entertained!

My daughter has been taking music classes with Miss Claudia since she was a year old. Miss Claudia is a very engaging teacher, always providing a variety of props and instruments for the children to explore and introducing concepts of music theory in an age appropriate way. My daughter absolutely adores her. Through Miss Claudia’s classes, she’s learned so many things— including many words in Spanish! I’m an early childhood educator and an expert in developmental play, and I’ve always been impressed with Claudia’s ability to meet every child while they are and provide ample opportunities for them to explore and learn in their own unique ways. Her love and passion for what she does really comes through. We recently had Miss Claudia as the entertainment at our daughter’s 3rd birthday party and everyone had the best time—both the adults and the children! We had a range of ages and all of them were engaged and entertained. We love Miss Claudia and A Sound Start!

He is almost one and we still go weekly. Claudia brings such a fun spirit to every class and loves engaging with all of the kiddos!!
