One of the best repair experiences I’ve had. Problem started Thursday night. Within 15 minutes of the dryer clanking, I had scheduled a Saturday morning appointment online through the booking feature on the website. Was confirmed immediately. Alex called before his arrival to give me an ETA. Then, he arrived and got immediately to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t shame me about the weird setup I had no say or control over. Identified the issue quickly, walked me through it and the steps to resolve it. I don’t even think he was here an hour. Pleasant, friendly, and effective. Will absolutely call him again for any of my other appliance issues.
