This company is contracted with the local police and has towed cars which they were not suppose to. The fault is mainly on the officers as they did not follow proper procedure, but this company still operates alongside them. The company is benefitting from this contracted while towing vehicles they shouldn't be.
David saved the day when my U-Haul broke down. He gave me a ride where I needed to go and was incredibly patient with me. Thank you so much, David. You’re a life saver! You also have good taste in music.
So far so good. they were really friendly. had to have them pick up my truck from Prontos. the young lady who dispatched me made sure to call me and stay in touch while i was getting screwed over by Prontos Wrecker service. once finsihed she had a truck there within an hour who actually knew what he was doing and was very careful with my truck. took it to Atlas Truck repair whom recommended them highly.
Very friendly service at a good price. He showed up quickly, helped me assess what was wrong with my car and then got it to the repair shop safe and sound. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!
David and A-TEX Towing really came through for me. What started as an impossible situation turned into me rolling out clean because of his hard work, knowledge, and professionalism. Service was amazing from start to finish—he knew exactly what needed to be done, got right to it, and handled everything like a pro.
