Last night our entire basement unit lost power suddenly, while the upstairs unit still had electricity. After getting nowhere with the utility company and feeling pretty panicked, we called the emergency line for A to Z Electric and were connected with Ron, who was an absolute lifesaver. He immediately began helping us over the phone, calmly walking me through what to look for and staying incredibly patient while I tried to find the things he was describing. He responded quickly, was professional, and clearly knew exactly what to check. He ultimately identified an outside service disconnect breaker that had tripped — something we didn’t even know existed — and safely restored our power. He also took the time to explain what happened and what to watch for going forward, which was incredibly reassuring. It’s rare to find someone who is not only technically excellent but also kind and patient when you’re stressed and scared. I would recommend Ron without hesitation and will absolutely be calling A to Z Electric again for any future electrical needs.
I can't express how amazing A to Z is , we had them work on our daughters make a wish shed conversion project and they went the extra mile making sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, generosity and expertise made is an overall great experience after a stressful time.
Bob, Ron, and Frank were awesome. We got a quick quote from Barry and the team was able to come out a couple days later. They delivered top-level results in an older home that had a lot of issues. A couple days later I needed help installing an electric oven. I called A to Z, and 15 minutes later Bob was at my door ready to get the job done. Incredible!
Bob did an amazing job, was super friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure old holes were patched up from previous fixture and gave a fresh light panel for a complete refresh. Quick to call, schedule, and come out. Will be reaching out to them in the future!
We recently purchased a house and used A to Z to install several lights/fans and to fix some smaller electrical issues from our inspection report. Our experience with A to Z was they were timely, had good communication, and fair pricing. We are really happy with the work they provided and will use them for future projects!
