Our washing machine started leaking. I called A to Z and they answered on the first call, and was able to come out in the same day. We have a stackable set, which many places won’t service. Although I had to help, we were able to disassemble so that our repair person could look at the washing machine. Luckily he was able to repair it in about 10 minutes and the price was reasonable, considering the labor to deal with a stackable unit. He showed up prompt and was respectful and did a good job. I would go with them again in the future. Thanks!
I called Farhan on a Saturday about an issue with my dryer, and he made the trip out first thing Monday. He was professional, honest, and punctual from start to finish. You can tell he really knows his stuff! He diagnosed the problem quickly and got everything fixed right on the spot. My dryer is now heating properly and working better than ever. I couldn’t recommend him enough. If you need reliable appliance repair, Farhan is your guy!
My Samsung fridge was freezing everything, and after calling a bunch of local repair guys, everyone said they don’t work on Samsungs. One even quoted me a minimum of $500—without even seeing it! I found Farhad’s company on Google/Yelp and decided to give him a shot. He called me back super quick, had awesome customer service, and came out the next day. He figured out what was wrong, ordered the part, and came back to fix it. Farhad was super professional, friendly, and fair with the price. 10/10—would recommend.
Our garage freezer stopped working (right after a major grocery store stock up, as is always the case!) I called in the afternoon, but since this was an emergency, Farhad came in the late evening and fixed the issue (fan motor) quickly and had us chilling (ha) in no time. Side note- we have a brand of freezer that three other places said they don't work on so kudos to A to Z for that part too! Total cost was 220$ A bargain considering what we had in the freezer. Will definitely use Farhad again.
Farhad is excellent! He is knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. We thought we had to replace our fridge door, but he was able to rewire it for much less than the cost of replacement. Highly recommend his services!
