I love this place! They removed my Onan generator and recommended the Bluetti electric generator, which has been a game changer for my mobile grooming business. I recently returned to have the Bluetti charger 1 installed, and it has also been a huge improvement! 🌟 I appreciate the entire team; they are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, and their dogs are absolutely adorable. I had a new generator installed in my mobile grooming Sprinter van. The whole cabinet had to be rebuilt, because of the bigger generator size. Even though it took quite some time, but Patrick did a good quality work! Everything works great now!
I brought my RV in because it wasn’t getting propane to the appliances. While the front desk staff, especially Karla, was friendly and helpful, my overall experience with the service left a lot to be desired. The shop requires a pre-charge before working on any vehicle, which may be fine for routine maintenance, but it’s not ideal if you're bringing your RV in for diagnostic work. In my case, they replaced the propane regulator and said the issue was resolved, advising me to simply refill the tank. However, the real issue turned out to be with the cutoff solenoid switch, not the regulator. If an experience enough RV mechanic would have figure it out quickly. It felt like the focus was more on billing for quick fixes than truly diagnosing and resolving the underlying problem. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience, despite the pleasant front desk interaction
Honestly, this company should really work on communicating with customers and being truthful. I had some minor stuff fixed on our fifth wheel and checked out our slide out, they said that they worked with our claim company - never filed it!!!! They got their money from us then ghosted me. They kept saying they would send our invoices to fix our slide out, never got anything. Also, they “fixed” our shower only to have it leak more. My husband had to fix what they made worse. 0/10. Don’t use them. I’ve attached photos to show that I’ve reached out and asked them to file our claim. I’ll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau due to their blatant disregard for what they told us they did but also not supplying us with an invoice after we paid for work to be done Edit to add: they sent an invoice for repairs once I filed a complaint with the BBB. They also told me they’d be submitting our claims, as stated in the texts messages, and that they would keep me updated.
