I walked in to have my transmission looked at. Sayeed took me to the garage and raised my car and showed me that there was just a little leakage, they tightened the bolts, cleaned up the spot and told me to come back in two weeks to see if it leaks more. Being a single Female with no experience in auto repair, the mechanic could have found something wrong or lied to try to get money from me but he chose honesty. Because of this I told them to look at another repair that I needed done and front brakes. They gave me an estimate that I could not afford to pay at the time. I expressed this to him, the Suoervisor came out and told me that he would do a one time offer and allow me to make payments. I was so happy. I cried! I dropped my car off the next morning, and they had it ready for my by lunchtime! I am back two weeks later making my payment for a fully repaired car with no leak in the transmission that they just checked for and told me the great news! If you are looking for a trustworthy, fast, and reliable, auto repair shop in Sacramento, A & A is your best choice! Ask for Sayeed and tell him that Monique sent you!
I took my car in to get the A/C repaired and these guys were so great!!! They had my A/C blowing ice cold air ❄️🧊 within one hour! Very fair prices and the staff are very helpful and kind. I appreciate the honesty and great work that this shop does. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any auto repair or A/C services you need!!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give A & A Auto on El Camino Ave 100 stars, I absolutely would! Dan, Syed, and Mohammed provided hands-down the best service I’ve ever experienced. After another shop damaged the part for my left back window beyond repair, this team didn’t give up. They were resilient and determined in tracking down the right part and getting everything fixed properly. They are fair, honest, and truly care about their customers. My husband and I are beyond impressed—and we won’t be taking our vehicle anywhere else moving forward. Thank you, Dan, Syed, and Mohammed, for your professionalism, dedication, and integrity!
Very professional I had my car turned up and transmission serviced, and brakes done, for a very cheap and reasonable price compared to so many other shops I was quoted. Thank you for your service I highly recommend this place for people who want good service done for a cheaper price.
My Experience with A&A Auto Repair Sacramento Ca I recently had my vehicle serviced at Select Auto Tire for an alignment and mentioned to the mechanic that my car horn had stopped working. After researching the possible causes, he informed me I’m currect that the issue was likely due to a blown fuse. The mechanic then referred me to a neighbor repair shop, owned by someone of his same nationality, suggesting that they could assist with the repair. I was introduced to the owner, and I explained the issue with my horn. I requested that he check the fuse and replace it if necessary. However, I was surprised when he quoted me a price of around $180-$190 for what I believed to be a simple fuse replacement. I couldn't help but wonder if the high price was due to my being a woman. People When taking your vehicle for repairs, reading reviews beforehand is essential, as I should’ve. I would have simply told the referring mechanic from next-door that I didn't need to go next-door, and never tell anyone A&A is nice.
