I cannot recommend AAMCO on Camp Bowie enough. I brought my truck in for transmission issues, and the manager, Robbie, was phenomenal. Dealing with warranty companies is usually a huge headache, but Robbie actually vouched for me and fought to make sure they covered the cost of a new transmission. He truly went out of his way to take care of me and my vehicle. If you want honest service and someone who actually has your back, go see Robbie.
Robbie Vallance great customer service, quick response, investigates the problem to ensure he finds the right issue. Gives me an accurate estimate on how long it will take. Repairs were in a very timely fashion. Reasonable price. I will definitely be back.
I recently had a remanufactured transmission installed at this location, as well as some other maintenance. Robbie, the manager, was very professional and did a great job of communicating with me throughout the repair process. The pricing was very fair and they completed the repairs on time. The transmission has performed well so far through the break-in period.
Outstanding service. The manager is very friendly!! Very competitive pricing. They do much more than just transmissions!! I was able to get my brakes changed, an oil change, spark plugs changed, and a transmission service. One stop shop. If you need a shop you can trust, I definitely recommend them!!
This is the 3rd time I've brought one of my vehicles to AAMCO on Camp Bowie. Today, Reuben, David, and Juan helped me diagnose/fix an issue that had otherwise been diagnosed incorrectly, and helped me save money in the process. Highly recommend these guys.
