I highly recommend AB Moving. My hairdresser recommended them and I am glad I called on them to move my elderly parent's furniture. They were on time, professional, and focused on job. They were very caring and understanding of our needs. They also reassembled their bed at their new place making it easier for my parents. I was also had the easiest time booking the move. The representatives on the phone were always friendly and easy to deal with. They did not require a deposit and you can cancel or re-schedule up to 24 hours before the move. Their rates were very reasonable. If you are on the fence about hiring a moving company, think no more. Call them! I know I am glad I did.
If I could give zero stars, I would. AB Moving is hands down the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. They dragged their feet the entire move and then overcharged for it. Even worse, they were careless and blatantly disrespectful with our belongings. At one point, the movers were juggling a signed basketball in front of us, which alone shows how little regard they had for our property. Unsurprisingly, they broke items that were priceless in value and said nothing about it during the move, leaving me to discover the damage while unpacking. They even managed to break a plate that was perfectly wrapped, proving how rough and negligent they were. They also broke our bed and completely ruined our couch, which was stained with black tar from their truck because they failed to pack it correctly. That couch cost over $6,000, and their insulting offer was $120 in compensation. Their customer care is just as awful. I’ve received nothing but generic, dismissive responses with no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. After more than a month of delays, I had to attempt cleaning the couch myself just to keep the stain from setting. This company is unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. Do yourself a favor and do not use AB Moving. I will never use them again and strongly warn others to stay far away
Amazing service!! The guys were kind, quick and truly cared for our items. Rafael and his team did an incredible job. Out of all the options out there, Ab moving had the best prices and out of all the moves we’ve made in the last 10 years (4 including this one) this service was the absolute best!! Our family will definitely be calling ab moving again but hopefully not for a long while, ha! Thank you all!!
I used AB Moving going from a third floor apartment to a second floor apartment and Yemin and his crew were top notch. I was nervous going with the by hour rate, but these guys were so quick they had me all moved and set up (bed assembly, unloaded) in a little over two hours including the 30 minute drive to the new place! I had some old dining room chairs that needed to go to the dumpster and these guys offered to walk them to the dumpster with no complaints. They were so kind and polite and just very hard workers, it was refreshing to see. I would highly recommend Yemin and his crew and would use them again.
Fantastic experience for moving my 1 bedroom apartment! My two movers arrived within the estimated window after giving me a 45 min heads up and got right to work! Friendly and hard working! They were super fast and efficient and even helped me take all of the large trash bags to the dumpster at my apartment complex! Finished loading the truck in just about two hours, even including all of the wrapping, padding, and disassembly of large items! Unloading at the new place took about 2 hours as well, and they stacked everything neatly in the living room and re-assembled my bed in the bedroom! Would definitely use again
