We've been dealing with a stubborn ant infestation inside our house, and Ramon Dos from Able Pest Control has been incredible. He's been working with us for about two months now, methodically tracking down the source and treating the problem. His patience and expertise really paid off - we're finally seeing the ant colony disappear! Ramon took the time to truly understand the issue rather than just doing a quick spray-and-go. Nawailohi was on time and respectful. He took care of the rodent problem in our area. Keshawna was the tech the last time they serviced the property. She was also on time and respectful. Devon was our first rodent exterminator who put the traps in our property. He explained to me what he was going to do and was very thorough about it. I appreciated him, giving me the time of day and telling me exactly how he was going to do things and what needed to be done.
Kishauna is highly knowledgeable on pest control and articulated the process to us well. Kishauna also gave us great advice on further maintenance and any precautions regarding the safety of our family and home. Highly recommend her as a technician and Able Pest Management for pest control. The administrator Briana Olarti was great at accommodating our busy schedules and finding the right procedure and plans that worked best with our budget and pest control needs. She has also given us all the information in what to expect before, during, and after the process. Fantastic crew!
As usual, Shauna showed herself to be one of the best service people that comes to our house. Cheerful and friendly... someone who literally hums sweet music to herself as she goes about her work. A delight and she's the biggest reason I appreciate Able Pest Management.
