Absolute Property management is the absolute worst! Does not maintain property, does not reply to client calls or property concerns. Enables absent investors to let homes rot away without any maintenance. despicable
Absolute Property Management goes above and beyond in terms of the level of service they provide to their owners. Their software and owner portal are very intuitive and easy to use. I can log into my portal at any time to make sure the tenants are paying on time. I also love how consistent the Absolute Property Management team is with their statements, and how easy the statements are to read. The tenants have been very good at making their rent payments, and they take good care of the home. I give Absolute Property Management an A+.
