Mums cooling system broke down on Thursday 8/1 and l called AC Heating and Cooling late afternoon, l received a very prompt return call and Payham said that he could come out at about noon friday, but would call before arriving. Received a call and Payham arrived in 25mins up on the roof to inspect. Explained and showed photos of the issues which he said he could repair and service and it would take about an hour….. all this on a horrendous 44’day. The whole experience was positive Good communication Prices up front Highy recommend

Fast and professional service. We had a split system replaced and ducted heating serviced. Quotes were given quickly and we were very impressed with the time taken to explain options available to replace verses repair the old split system. For work done on the heating we were given many photos from inside the ceiling to show the issues and work done to fix problems. This made me feel very confident the work was being done as discussed and agreed. We were given certificates of install, warranty information and email confirmation of all work done. I also received texts to check in to confirm all was working as expected in the days after installation. I would highly recommend the services. Great customer service and good prices.

Payam did an installation of two AC units at my house and I am very happy with the service received. Payam was professional from start to finish and the installation is very clean and high quality. He gave out some good advice and was always polite and punctual.

Payam was great throughout the whole process. It was quite a tricky scenario with a small amount of roof space. We didn't want a split system so he was very knowledgeable in running through all of the options. In the end we went with a roof cassette and are now set up nicely for summer. Throughout the installation he was quite consultative about what would be best and we're very happy with the result. We've had quite a few tradesmen through the house over the last year so I've listed out the things I've come to value in a completion of a job: Care taken and quality of work: Excellent Knowledgeability: Excellent Punctuality: Excellent Communication: Excellent Cleaned up after himself: Yes Price: Clear competitive price quoted and no surprises.
