Driving test was quick. Just definitely need to clean the office, it looked really dirt and a bit run down. Also their website isn't up to date. Besides that it's not a bad place, but they can do better.

My son made an appointment to take his drivers test. We showed up 10 minutes early and waited 15 minutes past our appointment time and no one ever showed up. There were several other people waiting too. 5 minutes after we left to go somewhere else I got an email notification that my appointment had been cancelled. Super disappointed in this location. Do better.

Its so funny to go through and read these reviews about how "I've been driving for 15 years der da der der der" LEARN TO DRIVE MY GOODNESS. If you didn't pass your test the first time then obviously you brought your bad habits to the test. My goodness take some responsibility and reflect on your performance. Just because yall have been driving for 15 years doesn't A. Mean you automatically get a license for taking a test and 2. Doesn't mean you know how to drive. All that being said my experience with the school was dope. They were able to get me in without an appointment even though it was busy. The test was faster than I thought and the whole experience was altogether a smooth one.

I had a great experience with my first two driving instructors—they were patient, professional, and really helped build my confidence. Unfortunately, my third lesson was a completely different experience. While the instructor (whose name was listed on the paperwork) did help me push past my fear of speed and encouraged me to go through an intersection for the first time, his overall approach was discouraging and unprofessional. I had clearly communicated multiple times that I hadn’t driven in over nine months due to my pregnancy, and that this was my first time back behind the wheel. Understandably, I was a bit rusty, but that’s exactly why I signed up for driving lessons—to learn and improve. Instead of providing constructive feedback, the instructor repeatedly said things like “You’re going to kill someone”—not once, but multiple times, and in front of the front desk staff and the owner. That kind of language is not only inappropriate, it’s deeply unhelpful and demoralizing, especially for someone trying to rebuild confidence. There are much better ways to coach and guide learners, especially when they’ve already expressed nervousness or a long break from driving. I understand instructors need to ensure safety, but there’s a line between being honest and being unnecessarily harsh. If your job stresses you out that much, perhaps Mcdonalds sounds like a less risky position buddy.

Very incredible experience. Highly recommend anyone to go here first. Service is impeccable and the professionalism is 10/10. The driving test instructors are some of the best in Colorado springs and are amazing at what they do. Best experience all around.
