Dave and the rest of the staff were great. They always took the time to make sure I was comfortable with each step in my treatment. Also made sure all my questions were answered but most important they are always upbeat. I will recommend them to anyone needing help and I will for sure go back if I need help in the future. I just "graduated" from PT at Acceleration PT. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic. From the moment I walked in, every single employee—from the front desk, to the assistants, to my physical therapist—was kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my recovery. The environment is warm and supportive, and the entire team works together seamlessly. They celebrated every bit of progress with me, big or small, and made a challenging chapter feel manageable—and even hopeful. My therapist provided exceptional care, but what really stood out was how everyone contributed to the experience. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I feel stronger, more mobile, and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. They’re the real deal.
A few months ago, I developed some pretty severe and painful leg neuropathy. Alex, Amber and Erin listened to my explanations of the symptoms and tailored my treatment accordingly. The physical therapy I received at Acceleration significantly improved my neuropathy to an easily manageable level. They developed an exercise/stretching routine for me that I now use at home, and it works very well for me. These folks know what they are doing and really cared about my health and well-being. I am very happy with the expert care I received from all the therapists, trainers and support staff.
This is my 2nd go around with Acceration Physical therapy. 2023 I had my left knee replaced and spent enough time with the Therapists there & got my new knee worked wonderfully! 2025 I had my right knee replaced and there was no question where I would go for therapy! Every person there is so kind, they push you to get stronger, but never more than you can handle 💯! I tell everyone who is looking forward to PT, I tell them all about Acceleration. If & when I require PT in the future only place I will go to is Acceleration Physical Therapy!
I was experiencing long term pain from a hamstring injury, this created a situation where my knee was in constant pain and I couldn't exercise or do most of the things I do. Working with mostly Alex and James they figured out my knee pain was caused by lack of hip mobility and within 6 weeks I was mostly pain free, and now I'm running up mountains again! I am a bit of an outlier but the crew at Acceleration was willing to work with me and were able to figure out creative solutions to help me and get me moving again. Thank you! Also, my daughter worked with Julie and Emma at the Wellesley clinic and even though she wasn't very exercise compliant she made excellent progress!
