At 71, this is my first ever review. I purchased a Navien 240 Combi boiler 9 years ago, not from AccuServ . Within 3 days of the install we started having various problems. The install company replied you should just "phone Navien customer service they're really good". Just before Christmas 2025 the boiler completely failed and I lucked out when I called the AccuServ shop on Woodbine ave to come and assess the problem. First they sent a technician, Habib. His work was exceptional, he went through the problems with me and showed me how poorly the first install was done. He got on the phone to Navien Canada and explained the problems. To my surprise he secured a replacement boiler under warranty. You can imagine my shock that this was 9 years after my purchase. What company shows this level of support? A few weeks later, (my call), a crew from AccuServ came and installed the new boiler. Every person I had to deal with at accuserve was knowledgeable polite and very helpful in explaining exactly what was going on. I wish I had kept a photo of the original install so I could show you the comparison, let me tell you there was none. All of the copper work was square, plumb and clean with ample space to adjust any of the valves. All adapters were ProPress units and although expensive the finished product speaks for itself. A special thanks to Simon, Roz and Ali, who did the new boiler install. If you're planning to do any HVAC work on your property, be very careful about any company that starts with Q's and save yourself some grief by using AccuServ.

I purchased the monthly plan for my furnace, AC and Tankless Hot Water Heater and any tech that comes out in the Spring and Fall has been great! Earlier in the summer they recommended a permanent filter which we take out every 3 months to clean. It has already paid for itself. Yesterday the furnace started leaking water and within 24 hours the tech came over and fixed it - it was all covered by the plan. I have had consistently great service from them and highly recommend them.

Brought in AccuServ about a month ago to replace my furnace. Decided to go with them because they’re local. I felt the install was really poor - they originally installed the exhaust vent below the intake on the side of the house, right next to the bathroom exhaust. I called that out and they corrected it before they left. When I looked further at the install I noticed no strapping on any vent pipes - it was using existing electrical wire for support and had a low spot right next to the furnace where condensation would collect. The furnace itself wasn’t level - I had to bend the filter to insert or remove it. The electrical wiring was going across in free air too. I complained to the sales person and they got a second team out to fix it in combination with the first. Fast forward a month and there is so much condensation in the pipes it sounds like a washing machine - the furnace would turn itself off because it couldn’t exhaust the gases from the house. They came back and fixed it again - this time leaving a 2” screw straight through the century old dining room floor - straight up. Luckily found it before anyone got hurt and they came back again to fix it. As I told Vlad the sales person who sold it to me, who was very apologetic - Every time AccuServ has come I’m left feeling that my house, and my family, is less safe.

My tankless hot water heater died. After calling multiple companies, Accuserv was able to do a diagnostic in 24h. It need to be replaced and they came the next day to installed the new one. It was a really tight install, but they got it done and we are really happy with it.

I decided to replace my aging mid-efficiency furnace this year with a hybrid heat pump / high efficiency gas furnace. Given the success of my past hvac/water heater dealings with Accuserv, I decided to go with them for the job. Vlad reached out to me shortly after I made contact with them and was able to meet with me in short order to discuss the job. Vlad was super professional and expertly assessed my install which had some nuance around channelling exhaust and intake pipes in a congested spot. We quickly had a plan in place and setup the install for the following week. I was surprised at how soon the project was to go ahead! The install was completed in one day and a team made up of Prab, Ali, Simon and a student apprentice put in a long steady day to get everything done. They laid down mats to protect my floors and were careful in bringing out the old furnace and returning with the new one without dinging the walls and going up narrow stairs, to boot. I was very impressed with their work and they were a great crew. When the job was done, they left the place spotless and made sure I knew how to use the new equipment. They also took care of the paperwork for a government rebate and registered my products for warranty. Thanks again for the great work, Accuserv!
