Just needed one screw for my laptop that had fallen out. Ace staff spent a few minutes going through what they had and found a replacement in minutes. And didn't charge for the trivial repair. Thank you!

Left them my new laptop that got water damaged by coffee. Came around about 1 week later and it was all fixed up. They cleaned it up nicely and the customer service was good. The worker went out his way to fully explain the process of cleaning it and what parts were damaged and he was nice.

I picked up my Mac desktop yesterday from Ace Computer Service, and cannot believe the remarkable improvements in speed! Amazing! From start to finish, I received excellent service. Jacob, who worked on my computer, was very friendly and let me know along the way what to expect. Daryl, owner, and who I retrieved my computer from yesterday, was very kind and knowledgeable. I would say they under-promised and over-delivered. I thought the price would end up being a bit more, but was happily surprised when it was on the lower end. My computer used to function slower than molasses on a cold day...I couldn't complete simple tasks and it was so frustrating. Now it is functioning as if it were new. 10/10 on all service aspects. Thanks, y'all!

Let me start by saying... What an incredible staff. I can not praise Ace Computer Service enough. Not only did they take their time and energy to fix my cursed computer, ....they TRULY went above and beyond. I was treated with respect and professionalism...I felt as if they had embraced me as family. They called when they said they would... they not only fixed my computer but also informed me and educated me during the process. I had taken my computer to two different places before coming across A.C.S..... what a mistake. Some people such as myself have to learn the hard way...lol. You have shown kindness and restored my faith in people... who actually take PRIDE in their work. You have my word.."As for me and my household....we will be customers for life"

I have a late 2009 iMac that I use for photography and the machine had been unplugged for about 2 weeks and I could not get it to turn back on. I called around Corpus Christi because I did not want to go to San Antonio to the Apple store and found this AWESOME repair center. These guys are great and they were able to recover my data and transfer all of my photos and music files that almost filled a 1TB hard drive. Willie installed a Solid State Hard drive and transferred all of my data back to my workhorse and it runs like a champ. I was so happy when he called to communicate with me about the progress of the recovery and the final bill came in below the original estimate (price was very affordable). I work in IT but not on Apple products and people are always asking me who to use and I will definitely recommend Ace Computer Service whether it is for home or business. They were super friendly, customer service oriented and have been around in Corpus Christi for a little over 20 years. Thanks Ace Computer Service for saving my photos and music!!!
