Brendon and his helpers were polite and friendly and competent. They took all their rubbish away and left us with no cleaning up. The air conditioning system works brilliantly and we are very pleased.
I can't thank Glen, Mercedes and the team at ACG enough for their help in removing our 2 old systems and getting our new one installed. We had no aircon during a summer heatwave and they had our new system installed within a week of the quote. They were all super friendly, helpful and everything went smoothly. Had our new aircon installed and right from the start of the inquiry had such an easy and positive experience!! Customer service was amazing, everything happened exactly on time and from initial inquiry to visit and quote to installation was less than 3 days total. They took their boots off before coming inside (didn’t ask them too they just respected our home) had drop sheets over the new carpets, asked our wants and needs throughout as well as giving professional advice on practicality, efficiency and aesthetics. After installation gave really detailed instructions on controls and capabilities. Could not be happier with the service, result and experience! Will definitely use again and recommend!!
After comparing five quotes, we chose ACG Air Conditioning Guys Canberra for their outstanding communication. Jason handled the initial visit, while Glen, Chris, and Mercedes swiftly answered all questions and followed up. Brendon and Luke worked diligently, aiming for a flawless install and Brendon was more than happy to return for a couple of minor adjustments and to answer questions. For our medium three-bedroom villa, we installed a 16kw/18kw Daikin system with full ceiling ducting. We're very pleased with the customer care and highly recommend them. Special mention for Brendon for going the extra mile and his pure passion for excellence!
I’m so happy with my air conditioning install! The whole process was smooth and easy. They were super responsive and communicative, got my quote on Thursday and the install was done by Monday. The price was similar to others I checked, but the customer service really stood out. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Huge shout-out to Mercedes, who kept me updated every step of the way and made the process so easy. The install team was great, professional, polite, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. They finished quickly and did an awesome job.
