As a professional athlete, I have been using Action Sport Physio's services since 2002. I had serious injuries and they've always got me be back on track to continue playing sports. The physiotherapists are great professionals and friendly, so is the rest of the staff. All in all, positive experiences throughout the years. I highly recommend Action Sport Physio Downtown to those who need it from all walks of life. The staff is really helpful and friendly, good customer service plus it helps a lot also that the premises look nice, airy and clean with a lot of natural light.
This is a great facility, extremely well equipped and organized. I did some background research and I then asked to be seen by Éric-Olivier Sirois. I am so glad that I was seen by him! I have seen a few physio therapists in the past for other sport injuries but none really helped me as much as I would have hoped for. However, Eric has been excellent. He is very experienced and was able to provide me the right exercises that gave me some very quick improvements. After a few sessions I was totally healed. His name and this facility will certainly be in my back pocket if ever I need to go back! Thankyou for the excellent service!
I had a wonderful experience with acupuncture at this clinic. I was unaware that acupuncture could resolve specific physical concerns as well as systemic ones, but it certainly can. I had trouble with pain in my hand and was greatly concerned. After just one treatment with Michelle Desjardins, however, the pain is nearly gone. I am looking forward to my follow-up treatments, as they are very pleasant, relaxing sessions done on a comfortable table and with delicious warmth from a heating lamp. Michelle makes sure all my concerns are attended to. (She can work on multiple issues at a time.). She has a very soothing presence as well. Such a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
I appreciate Eric Olivier's help on how to improve my form. I had a nagging nerve pinch but he would explore all types of movements in order to address the issue. He also understands CrossFit movements and about how to best deal in adjusting my form to increase my range of motion. He is also accessible and would respond to my requests.
I’m so grateful to Eric-Olivier Sirois for his expertise and care! I came in with persistent neck pain that was radiating down my spine and in just a couple of sessions he recommended targeted exercises that brought me significant relief.
