A few years ago I contacted Adam’s Air when I needed a new AC unit. Their work was exemplary in all respects and they have provided exceptional service whenever I’ve requested it. So it was only natural that I would call them last week when my 28 year old furnace was ready the breathe its last. And no surprise, Adams Air gave me excellent options, fair pricing and a new furnace in no time. They are quick to respond, informative, efficient and professional. Their work is first rate, with evident attention to detail. They go the extra mile to provide service excellence and a superior customer experience. My absolute and unqualified highest recommendation to everyone at Adam’s Air. You guys are the best.
I emailed them via their website for a furnace inspection. They got back to me quickly and I was able to book it for the next day. The tech who came over was friendly, knowledgable, willing to answer my questions and tell me what he was doing. Absolutely no upselling or pressure tactics whatsoever - just good, honest service. The price was very reasonable too. Will definitely be coming back!
I was originally going to go with another company that had come in to diagnose what the issue was with my furnace. After some discussion with my wife, we decided to replace the old furnace instead of a bandaid solution as the furnace was 25 years old. We were quoted $5100+hst but then a buddy of ours suggested Adam's. Adam's quoted us over $1000 less and in this current financial climate where everything has become increasingly more expensive, this was big for us. The techs showed up the following day and immediately went downstairs and began work. Approximately 2 hours later, they were done extracting the old furnace and new furnace installed. There was minimal disruption, no upselling and no pressure tactics. I was concerned about the upselling as a neighbour had recently had her furnace replaced but the company she used (not Adams) claimed that her entire duct network needed to be upgraded. I truly believe she was taken advantage of being a single mom but I had no concerns with Adam's. They were quick and professional and the quote was what we paid. Will definitely recommend.
I contacted Adam’s Air because they were so efficient with installing a new furnace in the house last year. I spoke to Shelley, sent her a picture of the issue and we agreed to replace it with a power vented model. She sent me some choices based on our discussion and an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday am at 8. Once again Adam’s Air was on time, they were efficient and always professional throughout the install and now we are better off with all the hot water we get. I’m happy - thank you Shelley and Adam’s Air for your reliability.
