Adam planned my birthday party and I honestly had no idea where to start. I just told him I wanted a Mexican theme, and WOW — he took care of absolutely everything! The event was beautiful and beyond anything I imagined. He even helped with things that weren’t part of his job at one point there was a long line at the bar, and Adam jumped in himself to help keep things moving. All of my guests fell in love with him, and we are still talking about him in our group chat! If you’re planning any kind of party, you have to hire Adam’s Event Planning. He is amazing!
I was looking around for an event planner and I am SO glad I found Adam’s Event Planning. Adam planned my birthday party, and honestly… I was crying when I saw everything. The moment my family and friends walked in, everyone kept saying “WOW!!!” Adam handled everything he chose the venue, the décor, the band, the food, and the bar service. He was there the entire time, making sure I was happy and that every detail was perfect. I literally had nothing to do except pay for the service and enjoy my party stress-free. Adam’s Events delivered exceptional services. As a new client I was taken back by his knowledge of the city and his selective vendor list. Adam has exquisite taste and creativity beyond measure. He helped us from dress selection to the last dance. He is wonderful with teenagers, parents and guests. His staff is thoughtful and charismatic. Adam guided our Sweet 16 celebration in budget and made every moment memorable. We will return for his services again. We recently worked with Adam and his team to organize a 5-day company conference, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, Adam handled every detail with incredible professionalism and attention to detail. He arranged everything for us including hotel room blocks, flights, transportation, the conference venue, and managed all attendee registrations seamlessly. I recently hired Adam’s Event Planning for my dad’s 60th birthday, and I cannot recommend him enough! From start to finish, Adam went above and beyond every expectation I had. I wanted something truly special—valet service, stunning decorations, a custom backdrop with balloons, an incredible DJ (Milton was amazing!), a full open bar with professional bartenders, and a 3-course catered meal. On top of that, the entire setup took place on my private property, and Adam literally built the event from the ground up—tents, tables, chairs, linens—you name it, he delivered. Every detail was flawless, and his team made the night feel effortless for us so we could just enjoy the celebration. Guests are still talking about how beautiful, fun, and seamless everything was.
