After Aiden the elec telling my parents they needed a $10k new hot water system (!) when there was an error message relating to the fan, then charging $140 for not even opening the unit. An actual professional then came over & removed the dead lizard which was causing the fan error & charged $300 ! When my 75yr old mum rang to explain what had happened to Michael, he was extremely rude & then asked her not to "slap a review on him". So Michael, here's our review. Perhaps be more honest & polite in your business dealings & you won't have this issue in the future. Give this business a wide berth. Perhaps call "SA Hot Water" for quality, honest, polite & fair service.
Michael arrived the day i called to install a new shower head. He arranged to be back the next week to sort my mains pipes and put them neatly in a box in the ground. Ross arrived early (hot day) & got to digging around the old pipes, then Michael came, and they both had it sorted...no fuss. I was extremely impressed with the service and will definitely use them again.
Had a blocked toilet on a Sunday of a long weekend, after calling 5 different plumbers who didn’t answer, I spoke to Michael who arranged a plumber (Aiden) to come out within the hour - which was very much appreciated! Aiden worked efficiently, thoroughly cleaned up after the work was complete and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend AEP and will be contacting them again for any future jobs. Thanks Aiden and Michael! 😊
Aidan and Michael were super helpful with our plumbing issues. I spoke with Michael on the phone to set up the time and all went smooth and great to talk to. Aiden came around as well and was very thorough in explaining everything to us before proceeding with what had to be done. Highly recommend them for the services!
Huge thanks to the team at Adelaide Expert Plumbing & Gas! Everyone was super friendly and easy to deal with, and the communication throughout the job was excellent. They did a really tidy, high-quality install—replacing our old instant gas hot water system with a heat pump. It wasn’t the easiest setup, but they handled the tricky parts like pros, including solving a drain issue and figuring out the best way to install the unit. There was no existing drain, so they had to locate a suitable vent, get through a brick wall, and connect a new drain to it—all done cleanly and efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about finding the best solution for the customer. Great craftsmanship, great value, and just a really solid experience overall. Highly recommend!
