I recently purchased a gold charm online. The service was extremely good. They promptly confirmed my order, even 'though they were closed for Xmas holidays and sent it when they returned. I paid for express post and received it the next day, and I live in NSW! So often paying extra for express is a waste of money. Personalised service and contact, rarely experienced online.
