Graciela H. Was extremely a pleasure to deal with regarding my quote. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting me set up. She was thorough and made sure I understood every detail. I truly appreciate her going out of her way to make sure everything was complete.
The price for my liability car insurance I felt like was a little bit overpriced for a single person and a single sedan. The first initial payment, was a little higher than I would of liked to pay but it being done in a quickly and correctly manner made up for it. I really appreciate your sales agent, Yvonne Flores for working with me yesterday in a quickly manner when I needed to get my car insurance up-to-date while I was also trying to get my registration up-to-date due to needing to get my car out of the impound on a Friday right before they were closing at the DMV. She did a very good job at getting my policy set up and sending me the verification that I needed.In order to even get my registration. Yvonne Flores is an outstanding sales agent! Anybody needing insurance, I definitely would suggest going to her!
What can I say, Store Manager Gabby and agent Ivonne, were terrific in helping me get my son insured. It wasn’t easy since he has many accidents and a terrible driving record. But happy to say that after getting the run around from Farmers, Geico, Liberty and Aflac, they were able to find me a great policy with a great price. Forever thankful to both of them and I will be contacting them in the future for my own insurance. Thank you ladies, you are truly an asset to Adriana’s Insurance.
Walked in and was assisted by a lady named Yvonne she was helpful and knowledgeable regarding car insurances. she also explain coverage, and the processes in plain language. With Yvonne’s help I felt reassuring that there is no hidden fees and she was so friendly and patient with my questions.
I spoke with Vanessa who was very professional and explained everything in great detail to me. I went from $827 a month for full coverage on 3 vehicles, to $423 a month with her help. I would recommend my best friends and family to this insurance company!
