Very swift service of storm damage to my roof. Was actually undertaken a day before the arranged date and within a day of me contacting. Top class job and service. Would recommend!
Charles fixed our roof for the third time after the most recent storm. As always he was quick, professional and recently priced. We couldn't have asked for a better job- if we need repairs in future he will be our first call.
Charles came to repair my roof that had been damaged during the recent storm. Work carried out to high standards, clean, tidy and reasonable price too. Excellent job - thank you! My neighbour doesn’t have excess to computer and asked me to add his review to mine - he was really pleased with Charles coming so quickly and did the work efficiently, clean tidy. Very Happy!!
We couldn't have been happier with Charles services. Within 5 minutes of filling out the contact form I got a phone call to talk through what we needed and book a roof service for a mortgage valuation. Charles managed to fit us in the next day. The report itself was then sent to us on the next working day, Monday in this case. The mortgage broker is happy with the survey and we can continue with the house purchase. Charles had the survey complete and the report returned to us faster than 5 other companies I contacted even returned my call. Seriously impressive turnaround time considering the timing of our request during the 12th fortnight.
We have had Charles out twice to repair our roof after two separate storms played havoc with our tiles. Charles came out the same day both times and made quick work of it, no leaks and no wind noise anymore. Could not more highly recommend 5/5
