I was pleased to get a next day appointment as it is taking me months since moving from ID to WA state to get an appt. with a medical provider. My annual screening was thoroughly and my care provider answered the many questions/concerns I had. Her assistant was extremely helpful as well in writing down all the info I needed, etc. Great team!
I am a new patient with Advanced Dermatology Skin Surgery Spokane Valley. I am very pleased with the care. Dr Staci Hestdalen did the best skin exam I have ever had. I feel confident that I am in good hands. Additionally, I really appreciate the help Dr Hestdalens nurse/assistant gave me with procuring a medication.
They were amazing! My wife had a seizure while in the waiting room and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was cared for and comfort!! We were incredibly impressed with the care we received, the physicians bed side manner, and the true professionalism of the staff.
My experience at Advanced Dermatology has always been excellent! From check in to check out the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hestdalen and her staff are great! They always put me at ease and are very caring. They are a fun group of people. Highly recommend!
This was my first visit to Advanced Dermotology and it was nothing short of excellent. From making an appointment, through checking in and out, it was a truly pleasant procedure. Exam by my provider was thorough and treatment was same. I am completely satisfied with this clinic and would very much recommend Advanced Dermotology for quality care! Wonderful and professional staff all around!
